First Appointment |
 |
On your first visit to our office, we'll get to know you and take care of some important paperwork. It is important to determine whether you have any medical or dental problems that could affect your health. For example, we'll ask you questions about any previous dental work you've had and about any conditions (such as artificial joints) that may affect your dental treatment.
We'll also discuss your long term goals for your continued dental health. We believe the most effective treatment develops from a common understanding of your dental needs are and how we can help you reach your goals.
If you would download and complete the forms before your appointment, it would help decrease your time in the office. New Patient forms
X-rays
We will examine your teeth and take any necessary x-rays. We use an all digital x-ray system that reduces your exposure to radiation by up to 90 percent compared with film-based systems. This will help our team suggest a gentle and effective oral health plan for your approval. We can also help you set up appropriate appointments to complete your plan. |
Sterile Procedures
Your health and safety is our primary concern. We take "Universal Precautions" with all of our patients. This means we sterilize all of our instruments and equipment after each use and we use masks, gloves, and disposable items whenever possible to prevent the transmission of disease. Items that are not disposable are thoroughly disinfected. Please let us know if you have an allergy to Latex, so we can use alternative materials for your comfort.
Appointments
We are open Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our phone number is (806) 794-6686.
We can better serve you, and others, when you schedule your appointments ahead of time. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance.
